It doesn't always have to be a wardrobe!
Sometimes all we need is a dresser, a highboard or a shelf. A piece of furniture that gives us storage space for the little things in life. Or we want an eye-catcher for our living room or hallway. We use it decoratively, so to speak, as a piece of furniture that fits perfectly into our interior.
First of all, we have to clarify what the term solitaire furniture means to us at raumplus. Because this description for a piece of furniture is not common. A solitaire piece of furniture is a piece of furniture that stands alone and can be added to an existing piece of furniture or a room solution.
This custom-made piece of furniture can be, for example, a narrow dresser in the hallway or a wall-hung highboard in the living area. In this function, it creates storage space made to measure, for daily companions such as keys, books, decoration & co. All raumplus solitaire furniture is made individually for you. The product is planned according to your needs, requirements and design preferences, produced in Bremen and assembled on site by our experts.
The Stivaro system has been part of the raumplus range since 2019. It has been further developed over the years from the previously existing chest of drawers system. There is no such thing as a finished Stivaro in the true sense of the word, because like all raumplus products, the chests of drawers are constantly being optimised and expanded.

The raumplus System Stivaro is divided into 4 categories: Stivaro Flex, Stivaro Ligran, Stivaro Island and Stivaro Fix. When planning solitaire furniture individually, you can choose between hinged doors, drawers and open compartments. This means you can plan fronts entirely according to your wishes and configure them to suit your needs. Characteristic of Stivaro Ligran are the thin material thicknesses and the finely composed joint pattern, which is well accentuated by the handleless fronts with push-to-open fittings. These visual details are among the advantages of custom-made furniture.
With the Stivaro Island, two Stivaro Flex units are placed against each other at the back and joined with a continuous top and sides. The solitaire Stivaro Fix consists of six different prefabricated configurations. These range from use as a simple chest of drawers to a chest of drawers with a desk on top.

2. Designing your raumplus solitaire furniture
Use the dealer locator on our website to find a trained raumplus specialist dealer near you. Consultation appointments with our partners take place at eye level and without charge. During the initial contact, you arrange a consultation appointment with the dealer, which can of course take place in person or as a video call.
In your personal consultation appointment, your wishes, all details and ideas are discussed. This gives the dealer an idea of the spatial situation and the requirements for the product. The designer/room decorator etc. will prepare a design proposal for you based on the discussion.
3. Offer and commissioning
The design, which is based on the consultation, is prepared and made available to you together with a cost estimate. Once the estimate has been accepted, a deposit is usually paid. This is followed by contact to arrange an appointment, in addition to which a qualified craftsman will come to your home to assemble the custom-made furniture.
In which areas can a chest of drawers be particularly practical? In many homes there is a chest of drawers in the entrance area. This is practical for quickly storing bags, jackets and car and house keys. With our Creo, you can also plan a coat rack in the entrance area with drawers and storage space. This gives you a little more elegant storage space in the hallway and entrance area.
In addition to the wardrobe, the chest of drawers offers space for smaller items, socks and so on. In the bedroom, however, the chest of drawers can also be used as an eye-catcher. For example, by using a matching colour scheme instead of high-gloss white. It offers plenty of space for beautiful, calming decorative elements and, depending on taste, also for flowers or similar.
