Since 1986 raumplus has been manufacturing its products in Germany and that is how it should stay. As a company that has been firmly anchored in Bremen and its immediate surroundings for more than three decades, raumplus consciously bears responsibility for the location and its employees. Fairness, respect and honesty among each other as well as in dealing with customers and suppliers are our top priorities. An ethical principle that was already exemplified by company founder Jürgen Guddas and to which raumplus has committed itself to this day, typically Hanseatic.
Almost 135 employees are currently working for the company. They include design engineers, product developers, interior designers, architects and product designers, support staff, wood designers and master carpenters. A broad spectrum of competences, which is rare in this composition. This makes many things possible, but above all the customer benefits from the proverbial "everything from one source" principle. From the first consultation, customer service and the complete design to production and delivery, everything comes from one source. This guarantees flexibility, clear communication and makes it possible to exploit the entire creative, technical and craft potential.
Since 2006, the headquarters of raumplus has been located in Dortmunder Straße in Bremen. The office buildings and two modern production halls are spread over 20,000 square meters. The distances are short and people know each other, no matter which area they work in. Something that has a positive effect on the working atmosphere and thus also on the development of the product: Every employee stands behind what he does and is proud of the result.
The custom-made raumplus cabinet and room solutions can be produced as individual one-off items, but also in large quantities: The flexible production conditions make (almost) anything possible. Highest quality is our top priority. That is why every raumplus product undergoes multi-stage quality controls and is tested again and again in our own testing facilities. At the end of the process is the finished product, whose longevity is guaranteed by raumplus with a 10-year warranty.
